Welcome members of the Visual Arts Alliance of Maryland (VAAM) to the Maryland Art League.

Following the dissolution of VAAM, MAL welcomed all VAAM members as full members of MAL. This is displayed on the updated membership page. The result is that former VAAM members may participate in all MAL activities, including member exhibits, and all MAL members are invited to previously scheduled VAAM activities.

We will eventually update the home page of this site; till then we offer two new pages:

How to use this site:

This site has three potential audiences and provides a menu bar with nine links to support its users:

MAL members have access to current information of interest with the Home and Newsletter links.

Potential members can learn about MAL and the work of its members by perusing all links.

Individuals and organizations interested in purchasing or displaying MAL artwork have two primary links:

  • Gallery - This presents a sample slide show of MAL's members' work with links to individual artist galleries
  • Members - This is a list of members with contact information plus links to abstracts and galleries.

(Links in a page are indicated by italics which become bold on mouse over.)


This site was prepared with Adobe tools, some of which may cause a browser to turn off certain web features and issue a security warning.
